Everyone of our CD's are an actual hypnotherapy session, very similar to a private session in our offices.  Because it is a CD and unmonitored if you do not get to the root cause of your issue the first time, you'll need to listen to it again.  But, the good thing about that is you have the CD to do that.  We are adding titles all the time, so if there is something of particular interest to you, please e-mail us and we will consider it.  Our CD's are copyrighted.  Both Marilyn and Kari are Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as being Doctors of Philosophy in Clinical Hypnosis.
